How to request deletion

2. 2Include the phone number you used with Presto, with country code.
3. 3We may reply to confirm your identity before deleting.

What we delete

Your phone number and message delivery records tied to Presto OTP. Limited records may be kept where the law requires, such as for security or fraud prevention.

Timing

We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
